Marcin Kadziela Joins Fasanara Capital as Head of Technology

Fasanara Capital is thrilled to announce the addition of Marcin Kadziela as the Head of Technology. In this newly established role, Kadziela will spearhead the development of comprehensive systems spanning diverse asset classes throughout the trading lifecycle, utilising a combination of real-time and batch-based solutions.

Prior to joining Fasanara, Kadziela spent over 9 years at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he made significant contributions to the Software Engineering team. His focus included the modernization of infrastructure supporting securities master, involving processing pipelines, databases, and distribution channels. This initiative aimed to facilitate swift and convenient access to high-quality data, catering to diverse use cases across the entire trading lifecycle and all asset classes.

Kadziela holds an MEng in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London, further underscoring his strong foundation in the field. His wealth of experience and expertise positions him as a key asset in driving Fasanara Capital's technological advancements.
